Please return your Core Unit(s) to us following the method below:
Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure package. Cover your address label with our Core Return label found inside the exchange shipping package. Return the package by using ýour preferred shipping agent and advise shipping details and a valid tracking number.

We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty item. Please send us a message with our sales order number, the partnumber of the faulty item and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return a Core Unit?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

We will ship your parts order thru your preferred shipping agent. In example UPS, Fedex, DLH Express or TNT just to name a few. We also offer courier service such as Quick International.

Tracking of your order is only available once the order has been dispatched. You will automatically receive a shipping notice along with a tracking number of your preferred shipping agent. This service is fully tracked, cost effective and stress-free.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer.

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.
